Sundance 2, an integral part of the Sundance 1 RV Resort community in Casa Grande, Arizona, opened in May of 2018. 

Our residents enjoy the lifestyle that comes with the many amenities, activities and planned events, we have available here at Sundance.

This section of New Manufactured Homes features 106 home sites. All our lots have established homes and this development is now complete. As a home buyer, there are monthly fees payable to the park that include lot rent and a utility package of water, sewer and trash. You will set up your own electric account with the electric utility provider. Other fees a home owner will incur are the annual personal property taxes from Pinal County and your home owner’s insurance.
