Upon entering the park, please proceed to the clearly marked check-in lane.

If you arrive during office hours, check in at Reception, located directly west of the check-in lane in the main building.

If you arrive after office hours, please contact the host using the phone number posted on the sign at the right side of the check-in lane.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that you plan to arrive before dusk (approximately 30 minutes before sunset), as parking is not permitted after dark under any circumstances.

Your host will meet you, guide you to your assigned RV site, and assist with parking.

For your stay, please ensure the following:

• Check-in 1PM Check-out by 11AM 
• A fully airtight sewer connection is required.
• All vehicles must be parked beside your RV unit within your designated site.

To maintain the overall quality, purpose, and appearance of the park, any unit deemed unsuitable by management will not be permitted on the premises.

RV units older than 10 years require prior approval from the Park Manager before arrival. Additionally, pickup campers must remain mounted on the pickup truck at all times.

To request approval for an older unit, please email the following to fun@sundance1rv.com:

• Photos of the front, rear, and both sides of your RV
• Year, make, and length of the RV
• Your intended dates of stay
• Your name and contact information
