You can enjoy our 55+ adult community here at Sundance 1 RV Resort, with all our park has to offer, through the convenience of a rental unit. All of our rental homes are fully furnished and equipped with the amenities of home. Your rental home is perfectly set up for one or two persons. You just bring your personal items (and food) and get ready for a wonderful retreat. These park models are all ground set (level with the driveway) and set up as efficiency units.

You will find appliances (refrigerator, stove, and microwave), cookware, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, linens, bed, bath and kitchen items, and a few simple cleaning tools with each unit. The park has a centralized laundry room for your convenience. There is parking for your vehicle under the carport, with an outdoor table and chairs. 

During January through March, we rent these units only by the month, but during April through December, we offer weekly rentals as well.
