Management Notes –

We have had an increase of complaints regarding individuals using sites as a short cut.  Please be a courteous neighbor and refrain from doing so.

Beginning today Main office hours are 9am-3pm Monday through Friday.

Morning Message correction –

Mah Jongg play time was incorrectly listed for the Gamblin’ Room in the Morning Message yesterday.  It should have stated play is Mondays 10am, Wednesdays 1pm, and Saturdays 1pm.  The Weekly schedule and Gamblin’ Room calendar have the correct times and is the best resource for info.

Today 3/16/2022

Shuffleboard is at 9:30am, Tai Chi at 10am at Pool 1 patio, 1pm at Pool 2 water volleyball, Pickleball has play, and RC Racers are at the track at1pm.

Sundance Motorcycle riders will meet at the Ranch House at 10am for our ride today.  Our last ride will be on Wednesday 3/30 and we are planning a special ride for that day.

Lunch is served at the Hole in the Wall at 11am  Menu includes Hot Turkey club sandwich with chips or a Ham and cheese club with chips $8 each.

Amazing Dental will be in the Hang Out Room for a lunch seminar at 11am.

Sundance Book Club meets in the Gamblin’ Room at 9:30am.

Room Schedules

Gamblin’ Room 9:30am Book club meeting, 1pm Mah Jongg, 6:30pm Cribbage and Hand foot & toe are played.

Hang Out 9am  Bible Study, 11am Amazing Dental lunch seminar, 7pm Euchre.

Hole in the Wall 9am Walk Exercise, 10:30am Senior stretch, 11am Lunch.

Thursday 3/17

St. Patrick’s Day parade will line up at the ranch House parking lot at 12:30 and at 1pm they will step off. Everyone is invited to join in on the fun!  Parade route maps are located at the outside Activity calendar, in the Hang Out Room, Laundry room and at the Ranch House.  Please be careful when travelling through the park and be respectful to the traffic spotters during the parade.

No lunch on Thursday as our St. Patrick’s Dinner will be at the Hole in the Wall with carry out at 3:30-4pm only.  The Hole in the Wall will re-open at 4:20pm and social will be 4:30pm.  Dinner service will be at 5pm.

Softball News –  The Sundance Mustangs team lost to the Palm Creek Cobras 14-11.  The Mustangs have a double header on the Thursday 3/17 at the Palm Creek Field beginning at 8:30am against the Robson Ranch Rangers. At 9:45am they will play the Fiesta Grande Scorpions.

Meeting Change –Photo club meeting will be on Friday 3/18,  9am in the Gamblin’ Room instead of Saturday 3/19.
