Welcome November 1 Sundance!

In honor of our Veterans, please thank them when you see them in the park.  It would also be a wonderful gesture to wear red, white and blue at least once a week.  The first meeting of the Sundance/Fairways Veteran’s group will be on Monday, 11/8 in the Hang Out Room at 9:30am. All branches of service and their spouses are welcome to attend.  We are always looking for new members and leadership to help us support local Veteran projects.

Business –  Please pick up after your fur babies and dispose of their waste properly.  Don’t let them do their business on other sites whether occupied or not.  We have specific areas in Sundance 1 around detention ponds for this purpose.  There are two dog parks available as well.  Dogs are not allowed in the Main office complex and must remain on black top surfaces.

Stop signs do apply to all vehicles, bicycles, scooters and golf carts.  We are going to be busy this season and ask that you stop to avoid accidents.  Speed limit is 15 mph throughout our Sundance community, please abide by it.

Let’s get on with the FUN! – A majority of our Activity rooms will have hours beginning today!  Please stop in at Activities to confirm if they are open or not.  Planned opening are Ceramics, Computer Lab, Sewing/Quilting, and Stained-Glass.  Stained Glass will be open one evening a week this season beginning this Wednesday 11/3, 6-8:30pm for standard glass projects as well as caming.  Lapidary (the Rock shop) will be open Tuesday morning 9:15am – 12pm.
