Everyone is encouraged to attend the round Up Meeting at 8:30am at the Hole in the Wall.  Morning munchies are served and this is the place to learn about park news  Today we will be introducing our seven candidates that are running for three positions on the Town Council.  Make it a point to attend to learn more about the candidates.  Voting will be Tuesday 3/1 at 9:15am at the gazebo by Pool 1 from 9:15-11am.  We hope to see you!

News, News –

Mark your calendars for Wednesday 3/2 for 3pm gathering at Pool 1 patio for Celebrating our seven residents who are 90+ years young!  Bring a comfy chair and learn about how they have reached this milestone in their life along with the experiences they have had.  Light refreshments will be served.  A special thank you Kathy and Kevin Carpenter who had the idea and are coordinating the celebration.

Classes –

Art Barn will be closed today and will be back open tomorrow with a Beginners Zentangle class at 9:30am.  Sign up was required for this event and if you can’t make it, please contact Nancy right away. Please bring cardstock, pencil, pen and a Q-tip.

Beginning Watercolor class sign up is available in Activities.  Fee is $10 and will be held on Tuesday 3/15 1-3:45pm.  Please bring towel, small container and pencils with erasers.  Aspens will be painted in this class and we are awaiting a picture to hang on the sheet.  Another class will be held on Sunday 3/20 1-3:45pm and subject along with the supplies and fee are the same. Classes are limited to 8 so sign up early.

Samples are on the sign up sheet for the Card class for Friday 3/4 at 1-4pm at the ranch House Meetin’ Room  4 cards for $10 and class size is limited to 8.  Sign up  now !

Origami class will be held on Monday 3/14 at the Ranch House Meetin’ room at 1pm.  $3 fee covers all supplies and sign up is recommended.

Intro to Photo Shop will be held on Saturday 2/26 at the Gamblin’ Room at 11am.  Bring your laptop if you have the program loaded.  No fee or sign up needed.

Starting on Wednesday 3/2 Bible study will be held in the Hang Out room at 2pm.  No fee or sign up needed.

Dances and Entertainment –

Silver Creek Band will be playing great dance tunes at the Hole in the Wall on Saturday 2/26 6:30-9:30pm.  Tickets are $10 or $11 at the door.  BYOB and snacks are welcome.  Soda and water will be available for purchase.

Jerry & Judy will be bringing their Back to the 60’s show to us on Friday 3/4 at 7pm.  They have performed for 18 years at their own theater at the Lake of the Ozarks resort are.  In the winter they enjoy performing throughout AZ and the southwest.  They offer outstanding vocals and instrumental versatility.  Tickets are $10 now or at the door.

Sundance/Fairways along Fiesta Grande will be hosting a Quilt Show on Saturday 2/26 at the Hole in the Wall 9am-3pm.  In the Hang Out Room there will be a quick draw auction and everyone is invited to the show.  The pool fence will hold quilts that are donated to different organizations supported by the sewers/quilters.  Lunch will be available at Sundance  for purchase with dining on the patio.  NO food or drink allowed in the rooms.

Shamrock Fam Tour will be on Thursday 2/24  Leave Sundance at Noon to arrive at 12:30pm.

Potlucks –

Sunday 2/27 at 11:30am Shuffleboard potluck will be held at the Hole in the Wall.  At 4:30pm WA-OR-ID—CA-NV will be enjoying company and food at the Hole in the Wall.

Chain saw carving by Marty will be held on Sunday 2/27 at Sundance 1 storage starting at 1pm.  Check out his techniques turning wood into art.  Bring a comfy chair.

Chair Massage by Mandy will be at the Ranch House Meetin’ Room starting at 8am on Saturday 2/26.  If you have an appointment, please make sure you attend.  The event is sold out and if you are unable to use your appointment, please come to Activities for assistance.
