Wakey, wakey! It’s Tuesday and we hope to see your smiling faces at our Round Up Meeting at 8:30am in the Hole in the Wall. Coffee, tea, and morning munchies will be served. Everyone is invited to attend and learn about the what is happening in the park. We will have drawings too.

Health News –
Walgreen’s will be hosting their flu shot clinic on Mon. 11/8, 1-3pm at the Hole in the Wall. Sign Up in Activities before Fri. 11/3 for the flu, high dose flu, pneumonia and/or shingles vaccine. Please list your last dose date for the pneumonia and shingles vaccine. Be sure to check your co-pay amount with your insurance as the shingles vac can be quite high.
Next month we will have Hearing Center hearing conducting free hearing screenings at the Ranch House.
Classes –
Time is running out to sign up for the progressive beginner crochet class that will be held each Wednesday in November, 1-3pm in the Art Barn. Classes are $10 each and include pattern and instruction. Please bring your own needle and yarn. Deadline is Wed. 10/27.
Card Making class will be held the first and third Friday of each month this season at the Ranch House Meetin’ Room, 1-3pm. Fee is $10 for 4 cards. Next class will be Fri. 11/5 and sign up deadline is to sign up is Wed. 11/3.
The Gourd Shop (Bldg. #1) will be hosting an orientation into gourd art on Mon. 10/25 at 12:30pm and 2pm. Please sign up for the time of your choice to learn more about this craft. Beginner class will be held on Mon. Nov. 01. Stop by Activities to sign- up.
Volunteers Needed –
Sundance runs on talented volunteers! If you want to get involved, meet people and make new friendships, we have openings for you! Stop by the Activity office for more info.
Coordinators are needed for Bingo and Sundance Float Team. Volunteers are needed for Front Gate, Float Team. Monitors are needed for all activity rooms including Ceramics, Computer Room, Lapidary, and Stained Glass.

Join us on Sun. 10/31, 4-6:30pm at Pool 1 Patio for a Halloween Happy Hour/Octoberfest get together. Warren Young will be here playing a variety of stringed instruments from his personal collection and Secret Ingredient will have tasty food for you to purchase. We will have a costume contest with prizes too. Reminder- NO glass containers allowed on patio or around pool area. Thank you!
