Let’s get the day going!

Pool News –  Adjust your schedules as Pool 2 will be closed beginning Monday 10/25 through Sunday 10/31 for cleaning and maintenance.

New for Today – The Art Barn will not be open today however, stop in on Monday 10/25 and bring your painting project.

Meeting – Attention single men and women ofSundance!  Our Singles group will have a short meeting in the Hang Out room on Thursday 10/28, 1-2pm.  Let’s brainstorm on events to attend and places to go.  Sign up in Activities if you plan on attending.

Stay Healthy –   Sign up in Activities for the Walgreens Flu Vaccine Clinic on Monday, 11/08 at the Hole in the Wall, 1-3pm. Pneumonia and Shingles shot do need to have the date of your last dose.  Shingles does have a high co-pay so make sure you check with your insurance on the amount.  Insurance cards should be brought to the event.  Sign up needs to be done by Wednesday 11/03.

Remember to wash your hands frequently and cover your cough.  If you are not feeling yourself, please stay home for the day.

Room Opening – Stain Glass will be opening Monday, 10/25. Hours will be posted at the door.

Lapidary (the Rock shop) will be open on Tuesday 10/26 at 9:15am.

Monitors Needed –  Ceramics, Computer Lab, Lapidary, and Stained Glass.  Rooms can’t be open without the help of Monitors.  Volunteers are needed for Front Gate, and  Mailroom.

Hale Theatre tickets to Mary Poppins have sold very quickly and have one left.  If you’re interested in this performance on  Friday 11/19 at 3pm, please come to Activities to sign up.  We are currently asking for more tickets and will try to accommodate everyone that would like to go.

Name Badges –  If you don’t have one, please come to Activities and we will make one for you.  During you stay with us, it’s important that you wear your name badge while in the park and they will be required to attend any event or participate in an activity.  Thank you for your cooperation.
