Happy Hump Day!
News Notes –
On Thursday 1/27 floor maintenance will be done at the Hole in the Wall and the Laundry Room. The Hole in the Wall will be closed at 3:30pm and will reopen on Friday. The Laundry room will close at 7pm and reopen on Friday. Please adjust your schedules accordingly.
Senior Stretch class will not be held on Friday 1/28 due to Casino Night set up. We will see you on Monday at 10:30am at the Hole in the Wall.
Outdoor Fun –
Pickleball has a Round Robin at 9am. They will offer Novice Pickleball starting on Friday 1/28 with Carol A. as your Coordinator. Shuffleboard will be playing at 9:30am today. Join us at Pool 2 for Water Volleyball at 1pm.
The Sundance Motorcycle group will be leaving the Ranch House at 10am and will head to Superior. Their ride will include a lunch stop at Copper Bistro in Globe. Ride is approximately 225 miles. See you at the Ranch House!
Activity News –
If you purchased a seat to the Barleen’s matinee lunch performance, please leave the park at 10:30am to allow ample travel time. When you arrive, let them know you are with Sundance 1 RV and they will seat you as a group. Enjoy!
Lunch will be served today by Dining with the Duffies 11am-1:30pm at the Hole in the Wall. Menu includes Chili dog w/fries or Egg salad sandwich w/chips for $8 Beverage is included and we do have gluten free options, so please let us know!
Gamblin’ Room will have Mah Jongg at 1pm, Cribbage and Progressive Hand & Foot at 6:30pm.
Euchre will play in the Hang Out Room at 7pm.
Hole in the Wall offers Walk Exercise at 9am and Senior Stretch at 10:30am.
Later this week –
Lunch will be served on Thursday 11am-1:30pm with a menu of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans for $10 or cobb salad $8. Both include choice of beverage.
Friday’s lunch will include Fish (Cod) fries, and Hush puppies $12 or Shrimp and Grits for $10.
Friday 1/28 the Hole in the Wall will close at 10am for Casino Night set up. Casino Night will start at 5pm at the Hole in the Wall and will have table games, Bingo, other fun games, food and prizes too! Dining with the Duffies will be serving choice of 3 fish, cheeseburger or pulled pork sliders w/chips and drink for $10 and they will have jalapeno poppers for $1 each. Join us for an evening of fun!
Saturday 1/29 –
Busy day is planned with breakfast and lunch being served beginning at 8am at the Hole in the Wall. During that time (9am-Noon) there will be a card and gift sale going on. Cash or checks accepted, no c.c.
At 7pm Josh West and his band will be playing great dance tunes for us until 10pm. Tickets are $12 now $13 at the door. Bring your beverage and snack and let’s dance, dance, dance! Soda and water will be available for purchase.
We have many events planned for February and tickets are available in the Activity office. We also have petitions, nomination forms, classes and more that you can sign up for! Stop in and see what we have to offer you!
