Management Notes –

Keys should be brought to the Main office only, as they are kept in a locked cabinet and must be checked out by your caretaker, cleaning person, or for emergencies. This is also a good time to leave  the name of your caretaker and drop off mailing labels. Please DO NOT put keys in the Mailroom mail slot.  If you have questions, please contact the  Main office at 520-426-9662 or stop in.

Activity Reminders –

We have a box in our office for non-perishable foods that you don’t want to take with you.  Food banks in Casa Grande appreciate your support.

Today 3/8 –

8:30am Hole in the Wall Round Up Meeting for all guests/residents.  Join us for news about the park, morning munchies and beverages and drawings.

Sundance UTV’s meet at 8:30am in Florence AZ the McDonalds for their ride today.

Dining with the Duffies has Taco Tuesday menu for lunch 11am-1:30pm.  Taco salad bowl $10  Street tacos $10.

SkyMed lunch seminar is today at 1111:30am at the Hang Out Room.

Bingo is tonight at the Hole in the Wall with card sales at 6-6:45pm and game is at 7pm. Sundance and Fairways registered guests are welcome.  Name badges are required and please pay with small currency. No alcohol allowed and event is closed to the public.

Room Schedules –

Art Barn features Fiber Art (spinning at 10am.  Fiber art uses various materials and is spun into colorful yarn-like fiber to use for crafts.  Stop on in and see what it is all about .  The afternoon session is Fiber Art and open art and all are welcome to come.

GamblinRoom 9am Wood carving, 9:30am 5 crowns  6:30pm Samba  7pm Pinochle.

Hang Out Room 11am SkyMed lunch seminar, 3:30pm Darts, 6pm Poker.

Hole in the Wall 8:30am Round Up Meeting, 11am-1:30pm Lunch, 1:30pm Line dancing $2 fee, 6-6:45pm card sales 7pm Bingo.

Ranch House 1pm Hardanger and anyone who works on charted patterns is welcome to join us.  If you want to see what Hardanger is, stop in as we are happy to show you!

This Week –  Wed. 3/9  Town Council meets at the Ranch House Meetin’ Room at 9am.  Sundance Motorcycle riders are planning a ride on Wed. 3/9 that will be 220 miles.  If you want to join us, we meet at the Ranch House at 10am.  See you there!  Happy hour at Pool 1 with Karaoke.  Appetizers will be available for purchase.  Bring your comfy chair and beverage for an evening of entertainment.   RC Cars Meeting will be in the Gamblin’ Room at 4pm

Thu. 3/10 -Dinner will be served at the Hole in the Wall at 4-6pm  Menu includes Lasagna & garlic bread $12  Chef’s choice soup or salad  $8  add chicken to your salad $10.

Sign-ups-  Western Days has an opportunities for all to enjoy fun and games.  We do need volunteers for various events or to be card stops, timers, score keepers etc.  Stop in and see what you would like to do.  While you’re at our office, please make sure you pick up your ticket for free lunch of Chuckwagon Stew with choice of corn bread or roll on Sat. 3/19.  Beverages available for purchase.

Hearing Life will be here on Friday 3/11 offering free screenings.  Sign up for your appointment. Amazing Dental will host a lunch seminar Wed 3/16 at 11am

Jim the jewelry guy will be in the parking lot across by Activities offering authentic Indian jewelry at 9am on Friday 3/11.

We have tickets for Wildman Phil show on Sat/3/12 $8 at the Hole in the Wall 7pm.  Campbell’s Band tickets for Friday 3/25 7pm at the Hole in the Wall $10.  Currently open to Sundance and Fairways only.

St. Patrick’s Day Dinner tickets $16 each for a full meal including dessert and drink at the Hole in the Wall Thu 3/17.

Hale Theatre tickets to The Music Man are available at $32 each, Fri. 4/8 4pm performance.

Raffles available are Lapidary for several items that are on display in the Activity office.  Tickets are $1 each 7/$5.  Puppy basket that has many items for your fur baby.  Proceeds to the Angel Tree fund for Dec. 2022 . Tickets 7/$5 or $1 each.

Congrats! –  Newly elected Town Council members are : Terry Johnson, Kathy carpenter, and Jim Burrell.

Sundance Softball combined forces with other teams and participated in the Bullhead City Spring Senior Classic last week.  The 70’s and 75 year old Casa Grande teams both won their division and were undefeated!  The 70’s team was coached by Sundance’s Jake Bohl and the 75’s team was coached by Sundance’s Randy Wohlgemuth.  Great job!

Doing nothing is hard, you never know when you’re done.
