Sundance Round Up meeting is at the Hole in the Wall 8:30am. This is an all park meeting for everyone to learn about what is happening and upcoming events. Join us for coffee, tea, & morning munchies. Speaker is Kim from Branham’s Extermination.
Tonight the Jammers will be performing at the Hole in the Wall 6:30-8:30pm.
The Sound the Alarm program offered by the Red Cross has been cancelled due to the virus that is going around. We had an info meeting scheduled for Tue. 3/10, volunteer info meeting scheduled for 3/16. All are cancelled & we do apologize for the inconvenience.
2 Old Dudes will be serving lunch on Tue. 3/10, 11am-2pm at the Hole in the Wall. They will be open with a lighter dinner menu 4-6:30pm too.
Sundance Bingo will be at the Hole in the Wall with card sales 6-6:45pm and games at 7pm. Open to Sundance , Fairways & their registered guests only. Name tags required and players need to be 18 years old to play.
Volunteer luncheons will be on Wed. 3/11 at the Hole in the Wall. We’ve had a few late volunteer lists submitted to Activities so we have extended the sign up deadline to the end of today (4pm). Please check with our front desk for your name and seating time. Thank you.
Western Days is Sat. 3/14! This is day encompasses Sundance 1 & 2. Come on in to Activities to sign up to participate in the events noted below. Bike Challenge, Poker Run, Scanvenger Hunt, Corn Hole, Jenga, Chair Volleyball, Golf Cart Rodeo. Of course volunteers are welcome as well. 2 Old Dudes will have the grill fired up for lunch too! Please note that you must follow all park rules whether you’re a participant or spectator. Be aware of changing traffic patterns and volunteers and hosts that are helping with an event or parking guests.
Meetings, Screenings & More-
Veterans Group will have their Monday meeting on 3/9 in the Hang Out Room at 10am. All current, retired veterans and spouses are invited. Ken Madrid from the American Legion will host a question and answer session which would be beneficial to spouses and widows of veterans. He is a Veterans Affairs liaison and will have specific info regarding benefits.
Computer Club 8-9am in the Hang Out Room on Thu. 3/12.
New Image Fashion Sale at the Hole in the Wall Thu. 3/12 9am-3pm.
Trading Post (formerly Show N Tell) will be 9-11am at the Hole in the Wall on Fri. 3/12.
Musical Review presents Trio Plus One on Fri. 3/13 at the Hole in the Wall at 7pm. $1 donation will go to our Veteran’s Group.
St. Patrick’s Day parade Tue. 3/17. Line up at the Ranch House parking lot with parade at 2pm. Route maps are posted on bulletin boards and in Activities. For more info contact Terry & Bev #449.
St. Pat’s Dinner will be at the Hole in the Wall 4-6pm on Tue. 3/17. 2 Old Dudes are selling $12 tickets and Activities too. Corned Beef and cabbage along with all of the fixings.
After dinner be sure to stay to enjoy some light entertainment with singing and dancing!
