Sundance it’s March 01!

Today is our Blood Drive at the Hole in the Wall beginning at 12pm until 4pm.  We do have available appointments for 2pm and beyond.  Thank you to everyone who have already signed up for this event.

Walkers will be in the Hole in the Wall at 9am.  Senior Stretch is at 10:30am.  Great avenues of low impact exercise for all levels.

Join the Cactus Needles in the Hang Out Room at 10am.  Crafty Ladies will be working on projects at 1pm and Ping Pong is at 7pm.

Art Barn has those interested in working on water color painting at 1pm.  Oil painters are invited to join in as well.

Come to the Gamblin’ Room at 9am to play Mah Jongg. Bridge is at 1pm and at 6:30pm Hand, Foot and Toe is played.

2 Old Dudes will be open today and tomorrow 11am-3pm.

Jammers will be set up at 53 Cassidy this afternoon at 2pm.  Bring your chair and join us!

Tuesday Round Up Meeting has seating available.  We start at 8:30am and are usually done by 9am.  Come a bit early for morning munchies, coffee or tea.

Town Council will be hosting our election for two open positions on the Council .  Voting will start after the Round Up meeting (9:15-ish) in the gazebo/BBQ area by the Hole in the Wall.  Voting ends promptly at 12pm.   It will be outside and if you like you can bring your own pen.  Please wear your name tag and follow park protocol regarding masks and social distancing.

Bingo has seats available for Tuesday and Thursday sessions.  Seating does go quick and sign up is recommended.

Rzr Riders has 21 rigs last Tuesday.  They will meet at 8:30am at the McDonald’s parking lot in Florence.  We hope you will join for a great day of outdoor fun!

Volunteers Wanted –  We need Gate Monitors for the month of March.  Come on in to Activities and sign up for a shift.  Your help is appreciated.

Upcoming Events – Country Store Fri. 3/5 9am-Noon around Pool 1 complex.  Please follow walk pattern, wear mask and social distance as much as possible.

Sat. 3/6 Park wide patio sales 8am-Noon.  Ad does state that masks are to be worn.

Meetings – Computer Club will meet Wed. 3/3 at 9am in the Hang Out Room.  Photo Club will meet 1-3pm in Gamblin’ Room.  *NOTE – the time is to avoid conflict with the Patio Sales.*

Join the St. Patrick’s Day parade!  Decorate yourself, your bike, golf cart and come on out and have some fun!  Line up at the Ranch House parking lot 12:30pm Wed. Mar. 3/17.

We have tickets for the St. Patrick’s Dinner on Wed. March 17 presented by Sauce Boss.  $14 per dinner includes corned beef, cabbage, red potatoes, carrots and cookie.  Event is carry out only 4-6pm.  Check out the posters for more info or stop in at Activities.

Raffle tickets are still available for the beautiful quilt and matching tote offered by the Sundance/Fairways Vets.  Lapidary is offering a rock clock and Stained Glass has a lovely stepping stone.  All tickets are $1 each or 7/$5.  items can be viewed at the Activity office. Quilt winner will be announced Tue. 3/9, rock clock and stepping stone on Tue. 3/16! Your support is very much appreciated.
