We don’t allow a Friday the 13th bother us here at Sundance!

Everyone needs to adhere to the park requirements of wearing your mask, name badge, and wristband when in any park building or in close proximity to people. Social distancing needs to be practiced as well. Buildings include the work out rooms, laundry, front office, all activity buildings.  We don’t want to have to close a room or pull an activity due to non-compliance.  Everyone is working very hard to enjoy our amenities in a safe manner.

We are excited to announce that Bingo sessions will begin on Tue. 11/17. Note we have guidelines in place in order to host this activity. There will be 2 sessions, 11am and 7pm. You can sign up for only one session per week.  Minimum of 30 players are needed to have a session and a maximum of 43 players per session. You do need to sign up in Activities before the end of day on Monday 11/16. Let’s have more fun for under $10!

Today at the Ranch House the Library will be open.  Please hold off on your donations until we are able to process what was in the Laundry. We will let you know when donations can be accepted.  Volunteers are  encouraged to stop by Activities and thank you those who have reached out already.  Note that the Laundry is no longer a satellite library.

We all need a little laughter in our life so join us tonight for a fun movie at 7pm at the Hole in the Wall. Feel free to bring your comfy chair, beverage and snack.

Photo Club will be having their meeting in the Gamblin’ Room 9-11am.

Sundance Church services will be at the Hole in the Wall on Sun. 11/15 at 8:45am.  All are welcome to join us.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Round Up meeting held on Tue. 11/17 a the Hole in the Wall 8:30am sharp. Short and long stay guests are invited to attend this all park meeting.

Rzr Riders will be meeting at 8:30am at the Sundance 1 gate on Tue. 11/17 to embark on their next journey. Details on the ride will be posted in Activities.

Cobwebs Band will be playing ballads from the 60’s-80’s for us to dance to on Sat. 11/21 7-10pm at the Hole in the Wall.  Tickets are $10 BYOB.
