We are looking forward to a very busy season and extend a hearty welcome to all of our new guests that have chosen to make our Sundance community their home for the winter or permanently!  A warm “welcome back” goes out to all of our returning guests as well.  Slow down, enjoy life, and let the good times roll!

IMPORTANT PARK INFO –

Speed limit is 15 mph.

All vehicles, golf carts, scooters, and bicycles are to stop at all marked intersections and follow directional street arrows and signage.

Please call 911 for all police, medical or fire related emergencies. Have another person call

520-426-9662 which will reach the main office during business hours or a host after business hours.

Name badges will be required to be worn in order to participate in any activity.  Please wear your badge when out and about in the park. It’s a great way to get to know you and should you have a medical emergency, we will know who you are.  If you have a guest visiting, please register them with the Main office and come to Activities so we can make a guest badge for them.

Please update your information and emergency contact info with the Main office. You can drop it off in the mail slot located in the hall between Main office and Mailroom or hand it in at the Main office front desk during business hours. This applies to all residents/guests at Sundance 1 RV Resort, Sundance 2 and Sundance 3. Sorry, you can’t use a Sundance snowbird as your contact.  For your convenience, see page 5 for an easy-to-use form.

Don’t forget to check in with the Main office via phone or in person when you arrive.  If you plan on being out of the park for 7 days or longer, please let us know that too.

We have 2 AEDs (automated external defibrillator) in the Sundance community. One is in the laundry room (SD1) and the other is located in the Women’ s restroom at Pool 2 (SD2).

The Sundance community is a scent free park.  Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or highly fragranced lotions.  Many guests have medical challenges that can be triggered by strong fragrances.

Dogs are to be leashed at all times including while on your site. We have two dog parks available. The small dog park is located off of Duke in SD1, just past the main gate.  The second is located in SD2 off of Apache by Pool 2.

Please do not allow your dog to defecate on any occupied or unoccupied site.  There are areas available along the detention ponds in SD1 for that purpose.  Clean up after your pet when walking, while in the dog park and while on your site.  Dogs should be walked on blacktop surfaces only.  They are not allowed in the pools, buildings, or in the Main office complex.

Coverups are required on both men and women when traveling to and from the pools. Pool shoes are fine in the pools, however please don’t wear them to and from the pools. Debris can fall off and cause damage to filtering equipment.

Please towel off before leaving the pool area.  Do not enter any buildings dripping wet as this will create a fall hazard.

Our washing machines are HE units and only require a ¼ cup of liquid detergent.  Using any more will result in suds oozing from the machine onto the floor.  If pods are used, they are dropped directly into the machine.

If you’re out at night for a walk, please carry a flashlight with you to ensure that you can be seen.  When travelling in or on a wheeled vehicle, please make sure that you have lights on the front and back so others can see you.
