Thank you to everyone who has been so understanding and patient as we navigate through these uncharted waters. Your support, kind words of encouragement to all staff and management is greatly appreciated.
Waivers are available in the Activities office. Each member of the household can sign the same waiver. Each member will receive a gold wristband once the waiver is signed. Many have asked why the wristband? It signifies that you have signed the waiver and it is necessary to have a wristband (along with Sundance name badge and cloth mask) to enter any park activity or room.
We still have room for you at our Halloween gala! George W Hickman will be supplying great music and don’t forget to wear your costume for our contest. You will be judged by your peers, so let’s have a some fun and laughs! 5-8pm at the Hole in the Wall $2 per person. Masks and social distancing will be in place.

Tue. 11/03 Round Up Meeting (NEW day) 8:30am sharp in the Hole in the Wall. Limit 50 attendees. Sign up in Activities if you want to attend. Masks and social distancing will be in place.
Fri. 11/06 Country Store 9am-12pm. This will be the first of the season and a very down scaled version held outside. Please be attentive to the walk pattern that will be set up. Come on out and support the talented residents of our Sundance community.
Get involved by signing up to be a Gate Monitor or Sundance Volunteer. Sign up sheets are in Activities.
Don’t forget to nominate an individual who has extended kindness to you or the park. Random Acts of Kindness forms are available in Activities.
Room capacities will be posted soon and reflect the maximum number persons that can in there at one time.
Room calendars are being revised to ensure that heavily attended activities have enough time allotted for all to enjoy.
