RV & STORAGE RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2022-23 SEASON

This includes All RV Annuals & All Storage Sites – or run the risk of site being booked.
~~PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND COME IN DURING THE APPROPRIATE TIME~~ ~

-February 7th – 18th – Must have a 3 month or longer reservation this season AND making a 3 month or longer reservation for next season on the same site.

-February 21st – 25th – Must have a 3 month or longer reservation this season AND making a 3 month or longer reservation for next season and would like a DIFFERENT SITE or have been bumped by an RV Annual or New Park Model.

~~The front desk will NOT be taking requests for site preferences if preferred site opens up~~ ALL RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME BASIS

~ February 28th March 11th – Anyone with any length reservation this season (less than 3 months), can make a 3 month or longer reservation for next season.

• BEGINNING MARCH 15TH – We open reservations up to anyone, in park or out of park, Must make a reservation for MINIMUM 3 months or longer if including JAN, FEB OR MARCH of 2023. Less than 3 month reservations for Jan, Feb &/or March will not be open for booking until Sept 14, 2022

RV ANNUALS ARE THE ONLY RV RESERVATION THAT 100% GUARANTEES A SPECIFIC SITE
Reservations 4 Months or longer are guaranteed to not change sites a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the reservation due to electric needing to be placed in residents name with APS and scheduling Airebeam for internet/cable, you will be notified if there is a site change.
Any reservation of 3 months or less are guaranteed A SITE but not guaranteed a particular site (An RV Annual or Park Model is the only thing that can bump you – (if someone wants the site for an RV Annual you will be given first chance to go Annual on that site to keep it).

• Refund Policy on ALL RV Reservations – (NO REFUNDS ON STORAGE!!!)
$50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to start of reservation INCLUDING RV ANNUALS (after 30 days — NO REFUND)

~~ NO REFUNDS FOR ANY CANCELLATION MADE AFTER OCT 1ST FOR ANY NOV THRU MARCH RESERVATIONS! (30 DAY PRIOR RULE IS NO LONGER VALID)

• May move reservation out 1 time No Fees (NO SITE GUARANTEE), any cancellation after that NO REFUND on deposit and not able to move the reservation again. (LOSE entire deposit).

~ ALL STORAGE MUST MAKE A RESERVATION WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO GUARANTEE YOUR STORAGE SPACE ~ INCLUDING ANNUALS! $100 DEPOSIT (OR TOTAL AMOUNT DUE IF LESS)
