News Notes-

Main office hours for Monday 12/20 – Thursday 12/23  9am-3pm  Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.  Mail Room hours are Monday 12/20 through Christmas Eve 12/24 9am-3pm  Closed Christmas Day 12/25.  Activity office will be open Monday 12/20 – Thursday 12/23 8:30am – 4pm. Christmas Eve, 8:30am -Noon and closed Christmas Day.  Host will be available throughout the week and holiday.

No Walk Class today .   Senior Stretch will meet at 10:30am in the Hole in the Wall this morning.

Sewing room will close at 12pm today and reopen on Monday 12/27. This schedule will apply to the New Years weekend. If you need your equipment please stop in today.

Stain Glass shop will be open until Noon today.

Due to the weather Shuffleboard will not play today and Tai Chi is cancelled.

At 6:30pm tonight all of Sundance is invited to the Hole in the Wall to celebrate Christmas Eve with a Candlelight Service hosted by the Sundance Church.  Join us for this spiritual celebration that will include carols and inspirational music.

Sundance Christmas Dinner will be held on Saturday 12/25 with social at 3:30pm and Dinner at 4pm. Tickets are $12 each and we do have 4 tickets for dine in and carry outs are available as well.

Barleen’s ticket sales are closed and we do have a wait list started.

On Wednesday 1/19 we will be doing a Tag-Along to Organ Stop Pizza.  Please sign up for the 1pm performance. $9.50 for lunch plus your beverage is payable at the door.

Tour Caywood Farms on Monday 1/17. Fee is $15 payable at time of sign up.

We have limited appointments available for the Chair Massage by Mandy on Thursday 1/13 at the Ranch House Meetin’ Room.

Other News–

Stained Glass shop is raffling off a beautiful stepping stone.  Winner will be announced at the Tuesday 12/28 Round Up Meeting.  Tickets are $1 each or 7 for $5 !

Tickets for the Hale  Theatre Tag-Along to Nunsense have sold quickly.  We do have three tickets for the Monday 1/17 show and one for the Monday 1/31 show. All are $32 each.  Unfortunately, due to the popularity of the show additional tickets are limited.

Purchase your New Year’s Eve tickets before sales are closed.  We have dinner, VIP and Dance only available. 3 Window Coupe will help us dance int the New Year!

January is fast approaching and if you would like to volunteer to help with Casino Night, come to Activities and sign up.  White elephant donations that are gently used are appreciated as well and can be dropped off on the porch of #62 in Sundance 2.
