June 01, 2019 – May 31, 2020  Annual rate was $4066.91

June 01, 2020 – May 31, 2021  Annual rate increased to $4270.51

June 01, 2021 – May 31, 2022  NO increase.  Annual rate $4270.51

Please note – If your renewal date falls between now and May 31, 2021 you will see an increase in your annual rent amount.  New rate went into effect June 01, 2020.  Sorry for any misunderstandings regarding rates.  Please call the office with any questions.  Our hours are Mon – Fri 9am-3pm.
