Sundance Monday!

With this being the week of Thanksgiving, stop in at Activities and let us know what you are thankful for.
Barb N., our Coordinator for the Library has given the “all clear” for gently read book donations to be dropped off at the library located in the Ranch House. There are wire baskets by the wall where books can be left. Please do not leave books in the Laundry Room.
Did you know that we offer 3 different water classes at Pool 1 beginning at 7am in the morning? Everyone is welcome to join any class offered. We also have Lap swimming at Pool 2.
Sign up for the Tuesday Round Up meeting closes tonight at 4pm. Bingo sign up also closes tonight. Evening session is filling quickly and there is plenty of room on the late morning Tuesday session. Reminder that you can now sign up for both times and we do need a minimum of 30 players to hold a session.
Cactus Needles will meet in the Hang Out room 10am-12pm today. Crafty Ladies will meet 1-3:45pm in the Hang Out room as well.
Activity Office has the Veteran’s Quilt and Stained glass picture on display that they are raffling off along with tickets. $1 per ticket or 7 for $5. Let’s support our veterans! Drawing will be just before Christmas.
We had a great response to Random Acts of Kindness and the random drawn winners will be announced shortly. Nominee forms are available for Dec. so do pick one up in Activities.
Park requirements of wearing your mask, name badge, and wristband when in any park building or in close proximity to people is a must. Social distancing needs to be practiced as well. Even if you are watching TV in one of the park buildings, your mask must be worn correctly. A gentle reminder that a cloth type mask that fits firmly on your face is acceptable. No plastic type shields are acceptable. We don’t want to have to close a room or pull an activity due to non-compliance. A big thank you to everyone who have been working very hard to maintain our park in a safe manner so we all have an opportunity to enjoy our amenities.

The Monthly Events Calendar is active in the peak season and varies each month. Monthly events include Pot Lucks, Holiday Parties, Dances with Live Music, Dinner Theatre, Plays, Concerts with Live Music and planned Excursions to name some but not all. Events will vary month to month and some events will highlight the seasons festivities.
This interactive events calendar allows you to look at events by the day, week or month. Look for the “Events In” link to select dates to search for events. You can also search by type of event. You can also locate events by “near” for searching events based your location, and then the drop down to view as Month, Week, Day, or List.
