UPDATED MASK POLICY FOR SUNDANCE 1 RV RESORT & SUNDANCE 2
BEFORE ENTERING THESE FACILITIES AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVITIES AT THE PARK, PLEASE READ AND COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING UPDATED POLICIES. BY ENTERING THESE FACILITIES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED ALL RISKS AND WAIVED AND RELEASED ALL LIABILITIES AS OUTLINED BELOW.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and Pinal County in ARIZONA recently updated their guidelines and requirements relating to masks for those who are fully vaccinated (defined as persons who received their final vaccination (or the Johnson and Johnson vaccination) at least two weeks ago). The new guidelines provide that those who are fully vaccinated may stop wearing masks in most indoor and outdoor settings. The Park has been and will continue to follow the CDC and local governmental guidance for masks.

Accordingly, if you are considered fully vaccinated, you may stop wearing masks at the Park if you choose. Please, however, keep a mask with you in case you are near persons who are immunocompromised. For those who are not fully vaccinated, the Park’s current mask policy has not changed.

The Park is operating on an honor system and verification of vaccination is not required. We trust our tenants and their guests to be honest and to continue to follow all CDC and local governmental guidelines regarding COVID-19. The Park also fully supports its tenants and their guests taking whatever protections and precautions they deem appropriate for themselves, so if you are fully vaccinated and prefer to wear your mask, please do so. As such, you may see other fully vaccinated individuals wearing their masks at the Park, and we ask that you be respectful of other people’s choices.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, tenants, and guests remain our number one priority. As a reminder, if you are experiencing any symptoms of an illness, COVID-19 or otherwise, or have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, please do not enter the facilities. If you choose to be at the Park and/or participate in Park activities, you are expected to comply with its policies and procedures, you acknowledge that you are responsible, and are accepting full responsibility, for your own safety and welfare, and by doing so you release the Park from all liability therefor with the exception of damages caused exclusively by the Park’s intentional misconduct or grossly negligent acts or as otherwise required by law.
