Choosing a Lot for the home you have selected is your next step. You can select the site you want from the lots available. Lots are for lease only. The main decisions you need to consider at this stage are the size of outdoor living space, parking requirements for your vehicle/s, and the size of the shed. The length of your home selection determines the length of your paved drive and the length of the awning, that is provided in the cost of the home. If you want to custom size your drive, outdoor living space, awning or shed size, the cost will vary.
At The Buttes at Sundance, in Casa Grande, Arizona, we offer generous sized lots for lease. There are 99 sites in Phase I for placement of a New Manufactured Home. The average lot sizes are 60’ wide by 80’ deep. There are some exceptions to these dimensions, that would be clarified at the time of lot selection.

Once placed on the site, we set the home and add a generous size paved drive and awning, as well as install the Heat Pump unit. There is standard sized shed and a basic landscape package with drip system included. You can further customize the lot with additions such as enlarging the shed size or upgrading your patio space and landscape package. The sites are set up for 200-amp electric service. All sites are prewired with fiber optic cable for high speed internet for our third-party provider, Airebeam.
The homes are set to the lots in line with the City of Casa Grande requirements and specifications. The homes are set up to water, sewer and electric hook ups in line with the State of Arizona requirements and specifications. The awnings must also comply to the State of Arizona guidelines.
