Management Notes –
We want to clarify about keys being left for your home to clear up any misunderstandings.
Keys should be brought to the Main office only, as they are kept in a locked cabinet and must be checked out by your caretaker, cleaning person, or for emergencies. This is also a good time to leave the name of your caretaker and drop off mailing labels. Please DO NOT put keys in the Mailroom mail slot. If you have questions, please contact the Main office at 520-426-9662 or stop in.
Outdoor Fun-
Shuffleboard is at 9:30am, Tai Chi at Pool 1 Patio 10am, Water Volleyball 1pm at Pool 2, Check the Pickleball schedule for play times and RC Racers will be at the track at 1pm.
Western Days will be held next Saturday 3/19 and we will be closing sign ups the week of March 14 for participation. Come to Activities and sign up for the fun that you want to help with or participate in. This is an all day event of fun, music, laughs and food. Speaking of food, we have tickets in our office for the complimentary Chuckwagon Stew lunch served up by the Duffies and you will have a choice of roll or corn bread. Beverages will be available for purchase. One ticket per person and name badge is required. We have something for everyone!
Wildman Phil will be here at 7pm this Saturday 3/12 providing an educational and fun show for us. Tickets are $8 and we are sure you will find his stories and knowledge about desert wildlife amazing.
Campbell’s Band tickets are on sale to Sundance and Fairways residents only beginning today through Saturday 3/19. On Monday 3/21 we will open ticket sales to the public if there is ample room. They will be performing on Friday 3/25 at the Hole in the Wall at 7pm. We hope you come and enjoy the music and dance the night away.
St. Patrick’s Day Dinner tickets for Thursday 3/17 are available now at the Activity office $16 each. Deadline for purchase is Saturday 3/12 as the food order must be placed shortly after that. Menu includes Corned Beef brisket served with potatoes, carrot and cabbage. A homemade St. Pat’s day cupcakes with choice of lemonade or tea is included. The schedule is Take outs 3:30-4pm only at the Hole in the Wall. Doors will then be locked until 4:20pm which allows the kitchen to prepare for dinner service. Social is at 4:30-5pm and dinner service starts at 5pm.
Hale Theatre tickets for the Music Man are available for the Friday 4/8 performance at 4pm in Gilbert AZ. Tickets are $32 each and we have 9 available for purchase. There isn’t a bad seat in the theatre and all of the productions are wonderful.

Art Barn has all forms of painting at 1pm. If you use water colors, acrylics or oils, bring in your projects and let’s paint!
Gamblin’ Room – Mah Jongg 10am, Bridge 1pm, Hand foot & Toe 6:30pm.
Hang Out Room – Cactus Needles 10am, Crafty Ladies 1pm, Ping Pong 7pm.
Hole in the Wall – 9am Walk Exercise, 10:30am Senior Stretch, , 6:30pm Jammers.
Sign Up for the SkyMed lunch seminar that will be at the Hang Out Room at 11:30am Tuesday 3/8. Hearing Life will be in the Ranch House Meetin’ Room with appointments to fit your schedule. Amazing Dental will have a lunch seminar on Wednesday 3/16 11am-1pm at the Hang Out Room.
Veteran’s meeting will be at the new Transitional Center in Coolidge on Monday 3/14. Please sign up as there will be breakfast and a count of attendees is needed. Sign up sheet is in Activities and we will meet in front of Activities on that Monday to car pool.

Tuesday 3/8 Lunch will be served at the Hole in the Wall 11am-1:30pm with Taco Salad Bowl $10 or Street tacos $10.
Wednesday Happy Hour will be at Pool 1 4-6:30pm with Karaoke. Sppetizers will be available for purchase with Macaroni & Cheese fritters $5, Chicken tenders and fries $10, Small nachos $6 and Large Nachos $10.
Thursday night 3/10 dinner will be served at the Hole in the Wall 4-6pm featuring Lasagna & garlic bread $12 Chefs choice soup $8 Chef’s choice salad $8 add chicken $10.
