Our Resale inventory can comprise of Pre-Owned Park Models and Park Model Rentals. Pre-owned Park Models come in a variety of options and depending on the improvements may include an Arizona Room, a second bedroom, a second bathroom, a shed, a deck, a patio, and possibly other upgrades. Park Model Rentals are basic 1 bed, 1 bath homes with a cement drive covered with an awning, leaving all the options for improvements to your imagination.
Pre-Owned Homes are usually sold with some or all furnishings, depending on what the owner is planning to take with them. Park Model Rentals are sold with all furnishings. Prices also vary to accommodate your taste and your budget. We strive to keep our inventory listing as current as possible.
