Today the Caregiver Workshop will be at the Ranch House Meetin’ Room 10am-12pm.

Jam practice is at 8:30-11:30am Hang Out Room.

Saturday we have the Campbells Band at the Hole in the Wall 7-10pm. Event is sold out. BYOB, wear a mask, and social distance whenever possible. Note that we will have the doors closest to the stage open a bit to allow air flow so do dress appropriately. Enter at the kitchen end of the Hole in the Wall please. Let’s have a great evening and enjoy the music and dance.

Pinochle is played in the Gamblin’ Room on Thursdays 12:30-3:30pm and on Saturday evenings 6:30-10pm. We hope you will join us!

Sundays at the Hole in the Wall Church services are held at 8:45am. Please join us.

Monday the Mail Room will be closed for Martin Luther King’s birthday. Business hours will resume on Tue. 1/19 at 9:30am.  There seems to be a slight misunderstanding about mailboxes located inside the building. You can access them through the door located next to the water machine.  We just don’t want you using the main office entry door to enter the mailbox area. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Round Up Meeting is an all park meeting for all residents and guests. Join us every Tuesday at 8:30am at the Hole in the Wall. Refreshments are served. Quality Bumper will be our speaker on 1/19. Sign up in Activities.

New Image Fashions will be in the Hole in the Wall 10am-2pm on Wed. 1/20 with a full clothing line up and accessories too.  Mask and social distancing apply.

There will be no Walk Exercise or Senior Stretch on Wed. 1/20.

Hearing Life (Thu. 1/21 in Hang Out Room) sign up is now in over flow mode and we will be scheduling another visit. Please continue to sign up and we will keep you updated as soon as we have settled on a date and thank you for your interest.

February isn’t far off and we have tickets available for the Hillbilly Deluxe Show for Wed. 2/10 at 7pm Hole in the Wall.  We also have our Valentine’s Day (Sun. 2/14) dinner and entertainment tickets available as well.  Please note due to food ordering commitments, dinner only and Lovers package tickets do need to be purchased no later than Tue. Feb 2. Dine in and carry out are available.

At the most recent Town Council meeting it was noted that dates on the nomination forms were incorrect.  Corrected forms are available in Activities.  Here is the timeline that has been established for the election process.  If you have questions, come to Activities and we will provide additional info.

Nominations need to be in the Town Council box located in Activities by Thu. Feb 11.  Candidates will be introduced at the Round Up Meeting Tue. Feb. 23.  Early/Absentee voting Sat. 2/27 and Sun. 2/28. Time and location(s) TBA.  Election Day Tue. Mar. 02 at Hole in the Wall, time TBA.
