Our Resale inventory can comprise of Pre-Owned Park Models and Park Model Rentals. Pre-owned Park Models come in a variety of options and depending on the improvements may include an Arizona Room, a second bedroom, a second bathroom, a shed, a deck, a patio, and possibly other upgrades. Park Model Rentals are basic 1 bed, 1 bath homes with a cement drive covered with an awning, leaving all the options for improvements to your imagination.  Some of our rentals come with a wired 10' by 12' shed.

Pre-Owned Homes are usually sold with some or all furnishings, depending on what the owner is planning to take with them. Park Model Rentals may or may not be sold with all furnishings.
