Don’t forget to visit the Trading Post this morning at the Hole in the Wall 9-11am and see the wonderful creations that our residents have done in our activity rooms and groups.

Trio Plus One presented by the Sundance Musical Review will be playing this evening at 7-9pm at the Hole in the Wall. The $1 entrance donation will be given to the Sundance/Fairways Veterans Group.

Western Days Alert Sat. 3/14-

Please note that the East Parking lot (Main Office) will be closed on Friday evening 3/13. Don’t move cones or park in areas blocked off, as these are dedicated to event areas.

Activities office will have front desk staff available for questions on Saturday morning.

Western Days is a park wide day of fun with a Bike Race, Poker, Run, Scavenger Hunt, Chair Volleyball and more!. Your safety is important and we ask that you abide by all park rules. It’s important to pay attention to stop signs, walkers, and our Hosts whether you’re a participant or spectator, or volunteer and regardless of your mode of transportation.

The entire Sundance Resort (1 & 2) will be used for several events. Please try to limit your time on the street in the morning and watch for changing traffic patterns. Please be courteous to volunteers if they ask you to stop or change your direction of travel.  Pay attention to our Hosts parking new arrivals as their speed will be slower as they proceed to sites.  We appreciate your cooperation, patience and understanding during Western Days and we do hope you will join us for the fun!  Wear your name badge, cheer on your favorite participant or team, listen to music and have lunch on us.

Added Events-

Tour a Casa Grande Fire Station Tag A-Long will be on Tue. 3/24. A maximum of 20 participants are allowed on the tour. Sign up in Activities and we will leave the park at 9:45am. Car pooling is highly recommended.

Neighborhood Watch meeting has been scheduled for Wed. 3/25 in the Hang Out Room 8:30-9:15am.

Tire checks by Ed Whitehead’s Team will be on Tue. 3/24. Please sign up in Activities. All obstructions on or around tires must be removed to allow easier and quicker access to them.

The Round Up meeting will have 2 speakers on Mon. 3/23 at the Hole in the Wall at 8:30am. Please join us to learn more about park happenings. Coffee, tea, and morning munchies are available. All residents are encouraged to attend regardless of your length of stay.
