The beginner’s genealogy class will be held Wednesday, November 8th at 10:00 am in the gambling room.

If you have never done genealogy before but wondered how to get started, then this is the class for you.  Bring paper and pencil, a computer if you have one, and the names of the families that you would like to research and we will help you get started.  We generally have seasoned genealogists that can help you and head you in the right direction and many times you get one on one help.  It is fun to research and one never forgets the first ancestor that you find and you realize the fire has been lit and you want to find more answers.  I have also found that for every answer you find that it creates 3 more questions.

Looking forward to meeting all the new members so don’t forget.

Jeanette Keyes and Lynn Olson
