There are still tickets to the Hale Theatre available in the Activity Office. The No, No, Nanette performance is on Wednesday, Feb 28 at 7:00pm. This musical comedy is sure to be a hit, Tickets are $24 each for the group price and 40 seats have been reserved. You must sign up before Feb 10 as the total money must be submitted before Feb 14.

Stained Glass – We would like to thank all who participated in our drawing. The winner of the thunder gourd was Keith McNitt #448 and the stained glass was Mike Fair at #407. Congratulations!

Genealogy- Have you ever thought of taking your DNA? If you have never done your DNA, now is your chance. We are having a RAFFLE for 1 DNA kit through ANCESTRY! The price of the ticket is $1 for one chance or $5 for 6 chances. This DNA kit regularly sells for close to $100 (occasionally on sale for $79,.95) so this is a bargain. Don’t mss your chance. You can get your raffle ticket at the next Genealogy meeting on Wednesday morning at 10am in the Gambling Room. The drawing will take place on Wednesday morning, February 28th during our regular meeting.
The meeting on Feb 14 (bring your sweetie!) will be the beginner’s class. Anyone interested in getting started researching is welcome to attend. Bring your laptop or tablet and a pencil and paper. We will have helpers there to help you get started. We encourage all seasoned researchers to come as well to help the beginners. The meetings are held in the Gambling Room at 10am.
A little bird has told me that Jan Wilcox will have a program on “Google Earth for Genealogy” on February 21 so be sure and pencil that on your calendar.

Pickleball – If you would like to learn how to play pickleball, come to the courts at 9am Mondays for lessons.
We will be having a Can-Am tournament on Feb 22nd starting at 9:30am. This will last until about 2pm. Come out and cheer your team!
The Sundance 1 RV Resort church is holding our annual toy drive for the children’s wing at Banner Hospital through the month of Feb. Please help us put a smile on a child’s face. You may drop your toy donations in our tub in the Activity Office or bring to church on Sunday.
50’s Rockabilly Show is Friday, Feb 16 at 6:30pm in the Hole in the Wall. You will not want to miss this rockin and boppin show put on by the Electric Jammers.
Those who arrive in 50’s attire will be given VIP seating up front so start planning what you are going to wear now. We will have an intermission that will allow you to show off your Cool Cat 50’s look. If you are dressing up, please sign up in Activities so we can reserve your seat.
A $1 donation at the door to help purchase sound equipment is appreciated.
The Iowa Potluck is Sunday, Feb 11. It will be held in the Hole in the Wall from 4-6pm. Bring your favorite potluck dish, your own table service and a cold beverage. Coffee will be served. Wear your name badge so new Iowans can get acquainted more easily. We are excited to see our old Iowan friends and meet new ones.
The Michigan Potluck is Tuesday, Feb 13 in the Hole in the Wall from 4-6pm. The sign up sheet is in Activities. Choose your dish to share, bring your beverage of choice and table service. Go State!!!
