PARK REMINDERS: Summer is over and our busy season has begun…which means – more people, golf carts, bicycles, ATV vehicles and walkers. Please obey the 15 mile an hour speed limit throughout the park. Be sure to use your vehicle lights and wear light colored or reflective clothing after dark.
Next, please do not park on the street at intersections blocking the view of others attempting to turn or cross.
1 Please stop as you’re coming through the entrance gate approaching the gate personnel. There have been near misses with folks driving too fast without stopping. If necessary license plates will be documented and drivers will be notified.
2) Remember – there is no overnight parking on any of the .streets – exceptions are – 3 days to load or unload your RV.
3) The park is aware of many temporary dog fences behind park models which do not comply with Sundance codes. We will be addressing them on an individual basis. Please come to the office if you need guidance as to type of fencing allowed with your park model and property lines.
